Overview
The Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University runs a wide range of programmes for business owners: the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management, the Growth Enterprise Programme, the Business Owners Strategy Session, Healthcare Management, Essential Management Skills, incubators such as SparkLAB! and Women in Tech, and sponsored programmes with partners like ProvidusBank. The portal brings them all together. Entrepreneurs compare programmes by duration, format, cost and eligibility, read the objectives and modules, apply online, and check their application status at any time, while EDC's facilitators and admins manage applicants and cohorts from one system.

Challenge
With many programmes running at once, each with its own fees, formats, eligibility rules and intakes, it was hard for entrepreneurs to find the right fit and for EDC to handle applications and enrolment smoothly. Applicants also had no easy way to know where their application stood.
Solution
We built a portal that streamlines discovery, application and enrolment: a programme catalogue with detailed pages for each programme (overview, objectives, modules, duration, format, fees and eligibility), online applications, real-time application tracking from submission to certification, and admin tools that let EDC's facilitators and staff manage applicants and cohorts.
Impact
Entrepreneurs can find, compare and apply for EDC programmes in one place and follow their progress in real time, and EDC can launch and fill new programmes, including partner-sponsored ones, without extra paperwork.
