Overview
EDC Accounting Automation is the Enterprise Development Centre's private platform for its accounting work. Authorised staff sign in securely to manage the centre's finance processes in one place, instead of across spreadsheets, email and paper. Vendors are part of the system too: freelancers and individuals can register on their own, as can businesses operating under a registered company, so their details are captured once and kept on record. Account recovery uses a one-time passcode (OTP), and a dedicated enquiries line supports users who need help.

Challenge
Running the accounts of a busy enterprise centre means dealing with many vendors, from individual freelancers to registered companies. Collecting and checking their details by hand, and keeping finance work spread across spreadsheets and email, is slow, error-prone and hard to audit.
Solution
We built a secure, web-based accounting automation platform with role-based staff sign-in, OTP-based password recovery, and a guided self-service vendor registration flow that handles both individuals and registered companies, so vendor records arrive complete and the finance team works from a single system.
Impact
The EDC's finance team now has one secure place for its accounting work, and vendors can onboard themselves online, cutting the back-and-forth of collecting their details by email and paper.
